Which formats can I rotate?

This tool rotates JPG, PNG and GIF. WebP and SVG are not accepted here.

How many images can I rotate at once, and is it free?

Rotation is free and does not require an account. You can select up to 20 images, 25 MB each, up to 20 megapixels and 10,000 pixels per side.

Are my images stored on the server?

Images are uploaded only when you start rotation. The server returns the rotated files and does not keep a permanent copy after the request finishes.

Can I rotate only landscape or only portrait images?

Yes. Filter the batch to landscape or portrait, then apply the turn. Images that do not match the filter are left unchanged.

Should I rotate or crop first?

Rotate first so the subject is upright, then crop. Cropping a sideways image makes it harder to keep the right edges.

Does rotation change the pixel size?

A 90° turn swaps width and height. 180° keeps the same dimensions. Resize afterwards if you still need a specific width or height.

Should I compress after rotating?

If the rotated JPG is still large, compress it next. Rotation itself is not meant to reduce file size.
